Homewood is like no other daycare and boarding facility in Baltimore!
SPACE! We have huge outdoor play spaces that allow dogs to run, play, or relax with space to breathe. Our indoor space, used mostly for inclement weather, is also arranged to allow for play and enrichment.
PLAY TIME! An average of 11 hours a day outside of their cabins.
ACCESSIBLE HOURS! Open at 6:15AM Closing at 8PM
COMMUNICATION! You receive multiple pictures and updates everyday because we know you can relax until you know your dog is having a great time.

We are the Next Best Place to Home when you need overnight care for your canine friends, offering spacious and private cabins along with active days of play for pups of all sizes!

Our Facility
Our facility is set on 3 acres, has 3k sqft of indoor and 1 acre of size separated outdoor play spaces. We are conveniently located off of 695/95 - Next to St Agnes Hospital and only 10 minutes from BWI and Federal Hill.

Normal Play Schedule:
6-12:30 Morning Play
6am-6:30 Morning exercise
6:30-7:30 Overnight breakfast time- Day Players stay out for fun!
12:30-2:30 Afternoon Siesta for Everyone, Lunch if Desired
3pm-6pm Evening Play
6pm Cabana Dinner
7:30-8:30 Overnight Play
8:30 Night-Night snack and lights out

Additional dogs from same family receive a $10 discount for sharing the same cottage room.
Animals must be able to be fed together in order to be eligible for the discount, if dogs must be separated for feeding there is no discount.
Homewood kennel food can be provided for a cost of $5 per day per dog.

With monitored play groups, private calming cabanas, and all the love and attention they desire, at Homewood we strive to provide an excellent experience for your pet and for you. Passion for dogs, your peace of mind and trust in your pets’ care is our core mission. We employ dog people, people who find wholeness in the ability to connect with and interact with dogs in a meaningful way. People who feel supported in their personal goals and strive for excellence in their professional (Doggie!) goals. 10+ hours of play group time with the ability to add on private one-on-one cuddle sessions. We provide enriching, compassionate, exciting and interactive for every pup.
Owners will always have the ability to add on a more personalized experience providing high quality food options and more private interactions on top of the normal offerings and inclusions. It isn’t necessary but we can accommodate the request!

About the Owner
Elizabeth grew up in rural Maryland and has always had a love of animals. She has continued that passion through fostering dogs for MD SPCA for over 8 years. Taking care of more than 600 dogs under their supervision. In 2020 Elizabeth opened up a small boutique kennel which grew quickly and became an extended family of people and their pups. Homewood is a natural expansion of that family-oriented start. Our facility and staff love dogs and are passionate about playing with them and providing them the best care possible.
