Boarding Hours Policy:

One boarding stay includes a full day of play with a subsequent night of boarding.

On the first day, bring your dog at any time for check-in (6:15am-12:45pm or 4pm-7:45pm), their overnight booking ends at 10am on day two. If a pup has not been picked up by 10am a hourly care, day play, or overnight will add on depending on reservation and pick up time.

Your reservation is billed according to your booking, early pick ups and late drop offs are always allowed but will not reduce the stay cost.

Meals/Medications:

We encourage you to send your dog’s regular meals in individual and labeled zip lock baggies to ensure proper portions.

Our morning feed is at 6:15AM, the Lunch feed is at 1PM, if applicable, and the evening meal service is at 6:30PM. You may send toppers or cans of wet food to be added. We can keep refrigerated food but can not accept home-prepared RAW meals.

Medications should be provided separately, not placed in food bags. If possible, us a pill organizer or individual baggies when providing more than 2 medications for us to administer. We always recommend that you send 1 or 2 additional doses in case of pick up delays or other issues.

What to Bring:

There are only 3 items we encourage you to send with your pup:

1. Their food,

2. Their medication (if applicable) and

3. A Comfort Item, an inexpensive item like a fleece blanket that smells like your home

   We will provide everything else!

Boarding Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellation requests sent in writing (email or text) 2 or more days before scheduled drop off your deposit will be added to your Store Credit for use in a future booking.

• For cancellation requests less than 48 hours before your scheduled drop off your deposit is forfeit. 

  We will make every effort to accommodate booking changes but they are subject to cabin availability

Dog Boarding Pricing:

• $50: under 20lbs, Kuranda bed included.

• $60: 20-80lbs, Kuranda bed included.

• $70: 80+lbs, Kuranda bed included.

  • Homewood can provide kennel kibble at a cost of $5 per dog per day.

  • Additional dogs from same family will receive $10 off the overnight cost for each overnight if the dogs can be fed together. If dogs must be separated for feeding there is no discount.
