What Happens at your Appointment?

When you book an appointment to come in to test out your pup with us it is the beginning of a great adventure!

***While we can absolutely help you book without a in person meeting in advance we would love to speak to you before you book to make sure the experience is everything you want it to be!***

When you book a Tour you will have the opportunity to do a virtual tour of the facility and all of its spaces. We will spend about 10-20 minutes interacting with your pup and potentially introducing them to a small group of other dogs to be sure they display appropriate behavior and will be a good fit for our pack.

All dogs must be up to date on their required shots before they will be allowed to interact in our yards. Owners must have a valid, complete profile in our Customer Portal in order to book stays and plays.

Please make sure to confirm with your vet that your pup is up-to-date for Rabies, Distemper, Lepto, Parainfluenza, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza.

A fecal test or de-worming every 12 months continues to support the efforts to provide all pups with the safest environment possible.

*Please note, if we see any behaviors that we would like to have more time to assess we may ask you to leave your pup for the remainder of the day so we can do some more fact finding interactions and play!
